We’re excited that registration for the APP’s educational conference in Las Vegas has finally opened. In June of 2023, piercers from around the world will visit Las Vegas for the premiere educational, networking, and vendor event in the body piercing industry. Health inspectors, piercers, studio owners, and educators will have the opportunity to meet and discuss current topics related to body piercing.
You can expect New Flower Studio’s piercing staff to return to Long Beach excited about the experience they had and the new information they learned. This educational conference truly is one of a kind and valued by piercers everywhere.
On Monday morning, June 12, New Flower Studio’s own John Johnson will deliver the orientation presentation welcoming attendees to Las Vegas. Throughout the rest of the week piercers will spend their days in classrooms and evenings socializing. There’s a meet and greet pool party early in the week and a closing party to wrap things up.
A highlight of the APP conference is the large vendor exposition where products for the body piercing industry are on display and for sale. All major jewelry designers attend and fight for the attention of piercers hoping to earn shelf space in their showrooms. Seeing the new jewelry designs really is a highlight for piercers who enjoy new product lines being launched at this event.
New Flower Studio in Long Beach will be contributing to of its staff members as instructors. Eric “Squeeze” Anderson and John Johnson will both be delivering presentations in 2023 on topics ranging from collecting and evaluating public health data to how environmental health agencies develop and enforce public policies regarding body art.
