The image above features a Conch piercing done by New Flower’s Squeeze. It’s not often we pierce anything with rings in the modern world of body piercing. Especially Conch piercings, the initial ring needs to be significantly larger than many clients expect. Today’s piercees usually prefer smaller jewelry and it takes some patience to get a piercing healed to a point that smaller rings are viable.

This second image is the same piercing on the same client. The difference is a smaller gold ring has replaced the larger stainless steel ring used for the initial piercing. By this time the piercing was at least three months old and doing well. This second image is a great example of how a ring should fit a Conch piercing for long term wear.
